Chocolate Grinch

One of the most iconic ficitonal Christmas characters made entirely of chocolate is on display in the lobby of the Fairmont Palliser until December 27th. Jenny Howe went down to talk to the creator of the sculpture, Pastry Chef de Partie, Karthikeyan Sengottaian.
