Strategy for bullying

Today Members of Parliament debated a private member's bill which calls for the government to develop a national anti-bullying strategy. This comes after a 15 year old girl took her own life in British Columbia last week. Amanda Todd had posted a video on You Tube. It described her years of being victimized by bullies, in person and on-line. Doug Dirks asks Bill Belsey for his thoughts, he's a teacher and the president and founder of an anti bullying website.
