Cycling strategy for Calgary

The City of Calgary wants more people to get on their bikes, which is why it's created a 28-million dollar cycling strategy. Doug Dirks, host of The Homestretch, talks to Tom Thivener. He spent the last five years making Tuscon, Arizona more bike-friendly. He's the new cycling coordinator for the City of Calgary.
