Relevance of the AFN

This week chiefs from across Canada will decide who will lead the Assembly of First Nations for the next three years. The winner will be under pressure to make the AFN more relevant to Aboriginal Canadians. Doug Dirks asks Joseph Quesnel for his thoughts, he is a policy analyst dealing with aboriginal issues for the Frontier Centre for Public Policy.
