Power outages

Monday the province experienced rolling power blackouts. Six power generators went off-line as temperatures soared above 30 degrees. The Alberta Electrical Systems Operator ordered utility companies to reduce demand by turning off electricity to different areas, but not everyone is certain the heat wave caused the blackouts. Guest host of The Homestretch, Chris dela Torre, talks to Jim Wachowich, the legal council for the utilities watchdog the Consumers' Coalition of Alberta.
