Breast cancer screening

This week Canadian women and their doctors were presented with a new set of guidelines for breast cancer screening. The new guidelines come from the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care. Dr. Corinne Dyke offers her opinion about the new guidelines. She is a radiology consultant at Rockyview and Peter Lougheed hospitals, and is a past chair of the Mammography Committee of the Alberta Society of Radiologists.
