Snakehead invasion
Naturalists are breathing a sigh of relief after a snakehead was captured recently in Burnaby, BC. The snakehead is a nasty fish that can create havoc in the ecosystem if left unchecked.
The northern snakehead is native to China and Siberia, and could survive a Canadian winter, experts say. (U.S. Department of the Interior)
