Tanzanie Chocolate Shortcake Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups Flour Mix all ingredients together. 4 tspn Baking Powder 1⁄2 cup Cocoa Powder 1⁄2 cup Sugar 1⁄4 Tspn Salt 1 cup 75% Couverture Chocolate (chopped) or good quality chocolate 21⁄4 cups 35% Cream Add cream and mix just until dough forms. Roll out and cut into squares. 2 tbspn Butter (melted) Dip the shortcakes in melted 1⁄4 cup Sugar butter then sugar, bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes . ________________________________________________________________ Berries/ Cherries/Pineapple Split the shortcake in half and Whipped Cream fill with whipped cream, fruit Sorbet or Ice Cream Ice cream or sorbet
