Quebec Whiskey Maple Syrup Liqueur
Our resident sommelier Laurie MacKay talks about this liqueur and brings along a cocktail recipe at our annual Jam the Van event that raises money for the Calgary Food Bank.
Chef Fabio Centini of Centini Restaurant and Lounge joins Laurie with some food ideas and brings along a recipe for Maple Creme to pair with this great maple flavoured holiday drink.
Sortilege Canadian Whiskey & Maple Syrup Liqueur (375mL) is golden amber in colour with aromas and flavours of maple, whiskey and vanilla. You can sip on it slightly chilled, mix it into whip cream to make your own specialty coffee or drizzle it on waffles!
