PCB's in Pointe Claire

Quebec's environment minister is ordering a Pointe Claire company to respect the law. The company has been illegally storing PCB-laden oil on the West Island for the past 15 years.The environment ministry detected the PCBs last March...after public works employees found an unknown substance leaking into the city's storm drains.
