Haitian Montreal family reunited

 Today Montrealer Neil Armand is trying to bring his niece Nebge, or Gigi, home
 Gigi's family was killed in the earthquake in Haiti in 2010.
 Neil and his wife Karen have been trying to bring her to Montreal for two years.
