Joe Beef's gourmet "Double Down"

Joe Beef chef, Frederique Morin, is taking on the Colonel.

The restaurant is serving a foie gras double down dish

somewhat inspired by the KFC breadless chicken breast sandwich.

Jeanette Kelly went down to the kitchen of Frederique's sister restaurant, Liverpool House at lunch time today.
