Making A Meal Out Of Leftovers

Leftovers again? If you're familiar with that refrain, you'll want to see what Mary Rolph Lamontagne can do. Her new cookbook has creative ways to deal with leftovers and recycling food. She spoke to us about it. Listen audio (runs 7:10)
