The Provincial Government Looks To Cut Money to Toronto

City councillors learned today that they have a new, $150 million problem. The province is looking to cut payments to Toronto. Frank Di Giorgio is the budget chief. He talked about the effect this would have on local services. Listen audio (runs 6:59)
