Avoiding March Break Madness

Toronto is filled with children right now, who are racing around, taking in all that the March Break has to offer. They may be getting time off, but their parents probably aren't feeling like they're on holiday. Ann Douglas, an author of several parenting books offered advice to avoid the stress.
