Food Column: Elton on Quinoa

Quinoa has been in the headlines, drawing both praise and controversy. On yesterday's program, we talked about the increasingly popular seed that is a gluten free alternative to other grains. Today, food columnist Sarah Elton jumped into the conversation and explained how quinoa's rise in popularity is an example of the constantly changing nature of food culture around the world.
