Economist says immigrants necessary to keep Canada prosperous

Here and Now hears from one of those specialists: Francis Fong is an economist at TD Economics, and the co-author of a report that lays out exactly who, and how many immigrants, should be let into Canada in the years ahead, in order to keep the economy chugging.
