$100 Bill Controversy

It seems our new cash may be causing some culture clash. Today, we learned the Bank of Canada altered the image of a female scientist on our new $100 banknotes after criticism from focus groups about her ethnicity. She was originally Asian-looking but now has Caucasian features. We spoke to May Lui, the Executive Director of the Chinese Canadian National Council Toronto Chapter. Listen audio (runs 5:47)
