Toronto Tops Worst Roads List
Here's a no brainer for anyone who drives regularly in this city: Some of our roads are among the worst in the province.
Pot-holes, cracks, unexpected dips ... even the occasional sinkhole.
Dufferin St. took the top spot in the 2012 Canadian Automobile Association's annual list of the province's worst roads.
Also in the top ten were: Lawrence, Finch, Kingston Rd. and Bayview Ave.
Joining Here and Now to talk about why we can't seem to keep our roads smooth was Denzil Minan Wong. He's chair of the public works and infrastructure committee - which is responsible for keeping our roads in good shape.
