Mayor Ford's Next Move?

It appears that Mayor Rob Ford will be heading to court before the end of the month. He's facing an accusation that that he broke conflilct of interest rules last month - an infraction that could cost him his job. The lawsuit AGAINST him is being brought by lawyer Clayton Ruby. I spoke with him on the prgram yesterday and he seemed VERY confident that he can win. In fact, he said he has no idea HOW mayor Ford might defend himself against the allegations. But John Mascarin does. He's a lawyer with Aird and Berlis. He specializes in municipal law and he has defended MANY politicians in similar circumstances in the past. He joined Laura Di Battista to what advice he'd have for Mayor Ford. Listen audio (runs 5:12)
