Revamping Derelict Storefronts

Owners of derelict storefronts across Toronto could soon find themselves paying for their lack of interest in their properties. That's one idea that's being floated at an east end community meeting tonight. Laura spoke with councillor Mary Margaret McMahon of Ward 32, Beaches-East York about the need to address the issue.
