Toronto's prosperity scorecard

We're barely out of March Break, but the Board of Trade is already issuing its report card for the city of Toronto.Last year, our city was 4th overall out of 23 cities worldwide. But today, we're 8th.

So what happened -- how did we fall so fast? And what has to happen to pull ourselves up again? We asked Carole Wilding, the president of the Toronto Board of Trade.
