Director explains how school boards decide when to close schools

While commuters curse the big storm, thousands of school kids are no doubt cheering today. Both the public and Catholic school boards did something this morning that they haven't done in more than a decade: Closed the schools, due to weather. That means students and staff are enjoying a snow day today.
