Food Column: Elton on Gluten-Free

Did you make a new year's resolution to eat better? Maybe you've decided to go gluten free or be a vegan in 2013. For those of us who love our food, a diet decision like this could sound like too big a sacrifice. Can this kind of healthy food taste as good?
