Hi everyone! I have a little mid-week treat for you all - last August, Amber Marshall and Shaun Johnston attended the Priddis & Millarville fair in (where else) Millarville, Alberta and competed in the elite "Cow-To-Latte Competition" where they, along with Heartland Executive Producer Michael Weinberg, had to milk a cow and get the resulting milk to an espresso machine to make a delicious latte in the shortest time possible! How did that work out for them, you might wonder... well wonder no longer, just watch the video! (Click through to the Blog Post to watch. It's awesome! )

Heartland's Shaun Johnston has been nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Supporting Role in a Dramatic Series. His work in the two final episodes, Rising From the Ashes and Coming Together, got him the well deserved nomination. His competition is: Jonas Chernick from The Border; Thomas Craig from Murdoch Mysteries; Jonny Harris from Murdoch Mysteries; and Sam Neill from The Tudors.
The Geminis will be presented on Wednesday, October 22. Good luck Shaun!

As promised here's some stuff you won't see on the show. There's an interview with Shaun Johnston who plays Jack where he talks about the show and Amber Marshall who plays Amy. After that, there's a good clip of Amy and Mallory filming a scene. The scene will appear in a future episode, so watch for it to see the finished version. You'll be surprised to see how many people are involved in the filming process.
