For the 3rd week in a row I'm getting all nostalgic with character photos from all the seasons of Heartland. First up was "Amy through the Ages," featuring 6 photos of Amy Fleming from 2006 - 2011, with one photo from each of the seasons and an early one from the pilot, which was filmed a year earlier than Season 1. I followed that up last week with "Ty through Time," giving you 6 photographs of Ty Borden from the same pilot episode and subsequent 5 seasons.
Well, this week I'm keeping that theme of alliteration alive (as best as I can...) with pre-the months of Mallory, by presenting some photos of Mallory Wells, portrayed through the years by Jessica Amlee, from the first 5 seasons of Heartland. WELL!!! There sure were a lot of great comments following last week's chuckwagon episode, both in here and on Facebook.
This week's all new episode is a good companion piece to last week's, as Amy has to deal with Sandra --played by guest star Kate Ross-- a former trick rider who loves her horse (Chaplin) but something just isn't right between them, and so she brings Chaplin to Heartland to ask Amy to re-home him. So today's theme is Jessica and Graham (not Mallory and Ty!)
Last season Jessica took a look behind the scenes of Heartland in a little feature we called "On Set With Jessica Amlee" - and behind the camera (mostly) was Graham Wardle! A lot of you know about these already (here at http://cbc.ca/heartland/extras.html ), but as there are always new fans arriving here at "Heartland central", I thought this would be a fun way to draw attention to them - they really are worth checking out - or watching again!

Hey everybody! If you are in or near Burnaby, BC this Saturday, January 29th, Graham Wardle and Jessica Amlee will be appearing with a whole bunch of stars from CBC Television, Radio, and News at Metropolis at Metrotown Mall as part of CBC LIVE. It'll be a fun day, with autographs, giveaways and more!
Starting at 3:00pm, Graham and Jessica will be meeting fans and signing autographs along with the stars of CBC's 18 to Life, Republic of Doyle, Little Mosque on the Prairie and the awesome new spy comedy InSecurity!
We're doing the wristband thing again, as we know a LOT of you like to turn out for things like this, so here's the scoop: 100 wristbands will be given out at the location in the mall (you'll be able to find it) beginning at 12:00 noon - wristband wearers will be guaranteed an autograph, no matter how long it takes. Anyone without a wristband will have to take their chances.
So once again, here are the details:
WHERE: Grand Court at Metropolis at Metrotown, 4700 Kingsway, Burnaby
WHEN: Saturday January 29th. The full day begins at 11am - Graham and Jessica arrive at 3:00pm. Wristbands will be available on a first-come first-serve basis beginning at 12:00 noon.
