Did you notice you reached your goal of 50,000 people before the season finale on the Heartland Facebook page.

This episode looks awesome and I checked out the quiz/puzzle you wanted us to try and it was for baby named so I am guessing that the contest is to chose the name of Lou's baby or babies. I think Ty and Amy are going to get back together because it says that they work through their trust issues in the description. But also if you look at the past seasons finales Ty and Amy get together in the first season finale only to leave to see his father. In the second season finale they get together again. And in the third season finale they fight and pretty much break up but they get back together by the end of the episode.

Can't stop watching my DVD set of the third season, and it's so great because Ty and Amy are very happy and together (so far), and there's still plenty of story line and drama. It really makes me happy to see them express and show their feelings for each other as they deal with life. But when I finally stopped watching last night I yelled, THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER EVER EVER!!! And also hope very very much that we get the same feeling from this last episode of the 4th season.

Season 3 DVD"S flying off the shelf. well, it took three days for mine to come thru the mail. I guess that's called flying. Saving it for watching after the finale. It'll keep me going until S5 starts up again.

how come nothing is being said about Mallory, Jake and Badger? All of a sudden their story was dropped... is that something that will be considered in season 5? I hope so!

I would like to give you a heads up BW, in case you hear of this issue from others, and mention my disappointment yesterday when I received my season 3 DVD which I pre-ordered from CBC Shop. I played the Bonus interviews etc. right away and found them defective - I think. Interviews seemed to abruptly or inappropriately end, producers speaking mid-sentence. The segments on Graham, Shaun, Tim and Jessica were short and seemed incomplete. I contacted CBC and am going to have to go through a process that will take a few weeks before I will recieve a replacement. I hope my call on it being defective is right. If you have any insight on the cast interviews and if they are like I describe, I would appreciate knowing. Thanks!

Do me one favour though please - try viewing the problem features on your computer, as well as in someone else's DVD player and post here again to let me know if it's still an issue... just to rule out your DVD player as the culprit. (Unlikely, I know, but I just want to make sure.) Also, a few weeks to get a replacement seems long. I will look into that for you as well.]

I find myself staying up til 2am every night watching Heartland, even if I've seen the episode already (which I have seen all of them xD)If I could change anything about the show, I wouldn't! Although, I would get Amy and Ty back together, but I'm almost certain that they will in the finale. Their relationship after the break up has been getting stronger and stronger, and not to mention their make out session in the episode a few back when Amy was really upset and didn't know what to do...

Watched a few past episodes of Season 4. Came to the conclusion that episode 15 is one of my favorites for this year for many reasons. I appreciate Ty's honesty, Lou's devotion and the appearance of Amy's mom on a spiritual plane.

I took to heart what Jack said that he is old enough to realize that he is not alone. I am beginning to believe that too. I have gone through some incredible trials in my life. I believe now that I was not alone as I went through them.

I am so glad that Amy decided to remain in the arms of Ty rather than running away when she was hurting. Maybe she finally is growing up :)

I will miss Heartland for the rest of the year for sure. As I have posted on many different occasions, Heartland has made a big impression on me and changed the course of my life. My dream is to own and run a ranch similar to Heartland, with one addition - girls learning horsemanship to build life skills for the purpose of anorexia prevention.

I have written an equine facilitated learning program and will run it through at a beautiful farm not far from my house. The trial run of this program begins next Saturday (It is three Saturdays total). I am a bit nervous, but I remember my dream and gain courage. Especially when I watch episodes of Heartland and remember what I am working towards.
So, THANK YOU Heartland! You have truly inspired me and planted a seed in me that I pray will blossom and grow.

Thanks so much BW for responding to my post. As you said, I didn't think it was likely to be my DVD player that was the problem with the defective? bonus material. It is the same with my computer and other player. So, I'm not sure what to think.

Thanks for the info Val. I watched season 1 and 2 Bonus material and they are more complete. I would be surprised if production on the bonus was so poor.

If you have a chance to sheck out the bonus material BW let me know. Thanks for your offer to look into this. I spoke with the customer service manager and there seems to be process/policy they have re returns (long story).

The Seasons finale was by far amazing im pretty sure that Amy and Ty are back together but it was amazing im a huge fan and just love heartland!!!

This finale was great Ty & Amy back together,Lou & Peters baby girl. Kaleb & Ashley off together .Tim going after Miranda & Shane. I can't wait for the fall scenes.Please start them early!!!

We were disappointed by the Director's decision to have Amy opt out of the equine scholarship. Yes, we realize it is a plot devise to keep her in the show, however, she might have deferred the scholarship instead (common practice in the real world). Amy may be a fictional character, but she is a role model too. It would have been nice to see her concluding that doors are better left open and boyfriends should not always make those choices so difficult while you are still a teen finding your way in the world.

Thank you otherwise for many enjoyable hours of wholesome entertainment.

In repsonse to a previous post, my set of Heartland season three does the exact same thing on the extras! It seems like the personal interviews are just abruptly stopped, sometimes in the middle of a sentence.
Is it just a terrible job with the editing? Or is there truly something wrong?

Enjoyed the show!!! The only part I was disappointed in was the Caleb and Ashley didn't say goodbye to their friends. After all the confiding that Caleb did with Ty all through Season 4 he didnt even tell him or any of his Heartland Family they were leaving!!!!!!Looking forward to Season 5. I'm with Sharon on this one - I think Caleb and Ashley should have said goodbye to their friends, but instead seemed to be "rushed" out of the show, just to finish the episode. It was very unrealistic, because OBVIOUSLY their friends and families would have had a goodbye party for them. I think it is time that you eliminate them as characters on this show, as their storyline is boring and there are far too many characters on this show right now to keep up with all of the storylines. I think you should replace Caleb and Ashley's airtime with Saraya and Chase, and see where that goes. He is a much more interesting character, although I can't stand him on the other hand!

Wow. That was a wonderful way to end the season, bring it all together, and make us wait with great anticipation for Season 5! Mallory was exceptional, LOVED her, and that she fainted with excitement! Mrs. Bell, awwwwww, what a lady to speak her mind like that, SO special! Tim: he is so flawed and yet so endearing. Loved how he talked to Jack about his son. Ty and Amy? They are headed in the right direction, but as the Heartland writers do so well, it is still a journey. Of course, what we need to hear from Ty is, "Amy, I want my future to be here at Heartland with you. I have never stopped loving you, and I love you now true and deep." She would MELT. Just my own fantasy... Thanks for a great year, sorry this is so long.

I truelly find the move of Caleb a proof of the true love he has for Ashley and I looove the way he said it to the mother of Ashley. I think he guests what were Val's intentions.

Is anyone has that idea that Amy was thinking about her future with Ty when she take his hand and hers? Is there another wedding in the air for the next season? Why not! I think I'll buy the seasons available this summer to wait for the fall :)

P.S.: How old Amy should be now (taking the present finished season has reference)? I know the serie start Amy turns on sixteen (in season 1 ou 2)...

Wow! Awesome episode. Bonnie @ Clyde are beautiful horses. The scenes out doors were awesome, but it must have been very cold for the actors @ crew they did amazing job as always. So glad that Amy @ Ty are getting back on track, hopefully they can build their trust @ make their relionship stronger. They did a awesome job deliving Lou @ Peter's baby. Loved mallory. I hope Tim goes after his son, I think that Shane @ his Mom would be a great addition to Tim's life @ to Heartland. Loved that Mrs.Bell @ sugerfoot were back a Heartland. So happy that she had a talk with Ty. Sugerfoot is sooo sweet. Can't wait until Season 5 of Heartland in the fall. To the Cast @ Crew hope you have a great time filming this spring. Thank you for all your hard work @ time so us Heartland Fans have a amazing show to watch every sunday night. Forever Heartland...

Wow - we needed 2 hours for all of the drama last night! Great episode, but really needed more time to properly wrap up a few things i.e. Ashley and Caleb, and where was Ty and Amy's kiss?!?! :)

Also - coming from a mother of 2 who just delivered my second 8 weeks ago, Lou's delivery was not very realistic... I'll leave it at that. But other than that, great episode! Lou played a great 9 month pregnant lady! :)

Awsome season finale! Loved the discreet holding of hands by Ty and Amy at the end. I hope Caleb and Ashley are not gone for good. They have grown sooo much individually and as a couple. I think it is touching that Caleb wants to move with Ashley. Val is a piece of work. Grandpa Jack is just awsome. I hope Amy grows up a bit in Season 5 or she is going to lose Ty. It was great to see Sugarfoot and Mrs. Bell giving Ty a talking to. Where was she when he was having troubles? Love the show! Keep up the great work.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all the seasons of Heartland. Not only is the acting amazing and realistic, the scenery is fabulous, I thought it was great that they filmed in the snow as well, must have been cold for the actors though. The last episode of Amy and Ty in the sled with the Clydesdale horses was so romantic, would have been a good Christmas show. I also can't wait for the next season, its my favorite show, but I also like Republic of Doyle filmed in Newfoundland, it has beautiful scenery too.

My name for the baby is Elizabeth, in memory of Elizabeth Taylor. She was made famous in National Velvet also about horses.

Great job on the season finale. This show is my favourite. I never miss watching it every Sunday. I always make sure that I'm home so I don't miss anything. The scenery is amazing. I'm an outdoor person so having alot of shots done outside really appeals to me. It so real-life to me and truly captures life on a farm. Thanks to all involved and keep it coming PLEASE.

The episode was good, but a little cheesy at the end. I think they should of had paramedics come in at least too check the baby or make sure Lou was fine. But I still enjoyed it. Too funny when Mallory fainted. It was a little hectic with everything going on. I hope Ty and Amy stay together now and grow up together and get stronger! And see a summer Heartland wedding?!?!

This episode was soooo good! I cried when Lou had her baby and I cried when Tim held the rope at the end. He BETTER go find them in the next season. And I liked how Peter finally went on a job interview. Some things I didn't like about the episode, the whole "Chase/Blair" thing. I mean seriously???!!??? Amy needs to stop on the whole thing! Its like she holds a grudge and shes so stubborn! Personally if something like that happened to me I would of just trusted my bf!!! I hope she forgives and forgets...Ty and Amy neeeeeeed each other.

I can't believe I have to wait until late September to see what happens (and to see Lou's baby!). Well, I'll see you again in September!

Oh and I wanted to know what Blair wanted...they shoulda included that in the episode! Blair needs to disappear but she kinda makes things interesting...

it was so sweet and cute, unfortuanatly it as when lou as in labour, shouting at peter down the phone "you cant say that...you dont understand etc etc"

it did slightly ruin the intensity and ungency of Lou having her baby so suddenly an unexpectedly at home, but it was a real laugh that made me smile, so how important was that bit of the story anyway? lol!

i only saw it becuase the computer "rewound" i as i accidently moved the slider at the bottom, so hard to spot, but was this really the best take? surely another shot of amy or mallory at that second?

a great ep though really, they really are a strong team, i think Amy and Ty will be fine!!

mallory's faint was so funny! and Amys reaction...Mallory? (turns away)

Now i feel tha i am picking on Ty, but i honestly thought he did scared, purposeful and urgent well, taking control of the situaion. AMAZING acting, not exactly an easy scene, but so believable.

However, that silent laugh may just be the best blooper i have ever seen (except maybe jensen ackles eye of the tiger dance...)

amy as always did so well too, and mallorys "help" from one of what seem to be MANY selfhelp books was fantastic..

Oh wow, that was one of the best episodes ever in Heartland history.

I really hope Tim will listen to Jack about not repeating the past. I looooved that scene with Shaun and Chris. You guys are soooo great together. And the scene with Tim finding Shane`s rope. Ohhhh woooow. Yes I definetely have to watch that ep again.

And in my opinion there is much more chemistry between Miranda and Tim than there ever was between Janice and Tim, even they are not a couple.

And I love Amy`s red mug in the living room scene after the baby is born (Congrats Lou and Peter) Made me thinking if there ever will be coffee mugs with the Heartland logo. That would be really great.

Really enjoy everyone's comments; makes me want to watch the show AGAIN and see what I missed (fortunately I have it recorded--do not erase!) Now both Ty and Amy have learned from their experiences of dealing with manipulative and shallow and selfish people. You need that to grow up. And Val is one also, but Caleb seems to be able to put her in her place. So we didn't see their goodbye, well we can't see every detail, and I'm sure they did, or they'll be back soon. Just a great great job by the cast and crew, and what a bunch that is judging from the picture! But Season 3 is still my favorite (MUCH easier on the heart!)

Heartland season 2 had the best Ty and Amy ending I hope that Ty and Amy will stay togther in season 5 and not have Heartland season 5 be sad for Ty and Amy like season 4 was.

It has been years since I have enjoyed and actually planned my schedule around watching a TV Series. Heartland is by far the best show I have ever watched. Family dymanics, relationships dynamics, communication and the writers have been able to "hold true" to the characters and their unique personalities. I have now purchased all three in the series so that I can watch them over and over. The scenery is fantastic and it is a "family show" and that is rare these days. I love Mallory's humor and Jack's temperment - I have become very familiar with their characters. And of course the constant thread of romance - what girl doesn't love that.
The saddest part for me is that I will have to wait until September for Season 5. To the writers, director, make up, wardrobe, those that chose the music for each episode, and film crew (any everyone else that makes this program happen) - you are amazing. I would recommend Heartland to anyone. In fact I do.........can't seem to shut up about it. Thanks again for a great season !

Re comment about Ty (Graham) laughing in the birthing scene. I don't think it was a blopper. That would be a very human thing to do in such a situation, a release of tension and also a sign of knowing Lou well.
