I don't know. Seeing Ty bring back another girl is not exciting for me? I'm a HUGE Ty and Amy fan! And not only did Ty want to leave last season to have some time alone, now he is bringing another girl back with him? Oh boy. Not liking that at all!

Have been a huge fan of Ty and Amy since the pilot episode. So I hope they'll work it out. It's a bit repetitive to keep seeing Ty make mistakes though!

So... I've been thinking and (over)-analyzing what this clip could mean... And I'm wondering: Amy seems really happy to see Ty, so I'm guessing in her eyes things are still fine between them (i.e. Ty obviously hasn't contacted her to break up with her or anything...) and since Ty has always been such a good guy (he broke up with Kit before be got together with Amy) I can't imagine that this new girl he is with would be his new girlfriend since he hasn't broken up with Amy (assuming all my assumptions are correct). SO... Maybe this is not what is seems... maybe this girl is Ty's sister or someone else... maybe there is some real good explanation for it all but I'm sure its gunna take awhile before Amy will listen anyway so there will probably be a big misunderstanding but it will all work out in the end and not be like it seems. Maybe this new girl and Amy will even end up good friends, since it seems she is a horsey person...?
Am I just being hopeful since I really think Amy and Ty are the best couple ever???

Julia, I agree with you this girl is not Ty's girlfriend at all, I think we shouldn't worry too much and keep in mind that Ty and Amy are made for each other and the show can't carry on with them two falling apart for too long. Moreover Ty and Amy seems so happy to see eachother, Ty's smile can say long about it.
Anyway I wonder who this girl is and why Ty brought her home ? There is an explanation but I can't figure it out, anyhow I wonder if there isn't a connection with Tim's new girlfirend, it could be...
You know I am from France, and overhere we don't really have this kind of show that's why we all watch american,canadian or british series just because they know better than us about happy endings. And knowing that I am sure that Amy and Ty will end up married, maybe at the end of season 5... if there is one but I am pretty sure about season 5 coming out next year.

Are you all forgetting, Lou and Caleb were in the preview for season 4, so I am sure they will be back. Plus they were ALL on set the day that Kathryn got to visit the set. Why would they be there if they weren't even in the show anymore. Obviously they won't get rid of these main characters, because they'd have none left.

And as for Amy and Ty, the fights between them are getting old. Can't they just be happy together? I am sure everything will work out though, because fans love them!

i would be worried about that 'blair' girl, but if you read the 'about' thing thats on the top bar, it says: After the blush of first love in Season Three, Ty and Amy’s young relationship will blossom and mature, but only after they face up to a misunderstanding about what happened while they were apart.

Yay! Does that mean they stay together, and that the misunderstanding was blair?

Is there any way you can make the competitions open to people outside Canada, cos I live in Wiltshire, England and I would love to win some Heartland goodies?

Personally i'm getting tired of Amy being the 'perfect girl' and its always someone else's fault, she doesn't trust Ty at all. She gets mad at him, storms off, he apoligizes, eventually she forgives him, and so on and so forth. Not everything is Ty's fault! I wish they'd make an episode where amy is the one who messes up, so we can see that side of her character, and not just the one always playing the victim :P

Just had to say it, in the very end we all know Ty and Amy will be together. Cause that's how it works.

i was so depressed!!!!!!!!!!!! all week i waited to watch heartland in minnesota. but it was never on. what exactly is the CW Network? and what are the channels that go with it? i'm hoping if u can help me out with that i might be able to watch it if i know what the correct channel is and what the CW Netowrk is. please write me back hopefully you can help.

I can't wait to see the show, I just wish it was easier to see the new season in the US since it seems that I may be waiting a while to see the new season. Please can we get the 4th season played in the US as soon as possible or at least allow the US to screen the show via the cbc.ca website. Im sure the number of views bu US and other fans would be high enough to make it worth while. Also is there going to be any contests for the US related to the Heartland tv show? Can't wait to see the 4th season.

WOW...so Ty...what were thinking man?

I mean if Amy came back with another guy perched on the back of her bike (or passenger seat in her truck), would you be pleased...I THINK NOT! Even if nothing is happening, it's all perception! Sheesh ... boys suck sometimes!

This is definitely going to be a not to miss episode. Maybe Ty doesn't see anything going on, but Blair seems to be competing with Amy for his attention. I gather she's a jumper too. What strikes me as odd, is that he didn't want to go on the "Ring of Fire" tour with her, but he definitely seems to have been to some horse show along the way!

Anyways, BW, Thanks for fueling the fire, looks like I better get the popcorn ready pre-show so I don't miss a second!

Ok, I have to say this, Why isnt ashley in any of the heartland family photo's? I know she isnt part of the "family" even the family that includes caleb and ty, but still shes a pretty important character and she does have ties to the family.

I live about an hour outside Philadelphia,PA and the only time Heartland is on is at 2am sunday morings. Do you know if they will be changing the time anytime soon. I have a feeling if they keep airing it then it won't stay on the air by me. Also with the show doing so well there any chance Lauren Brooke would be writing more books? Cuz in the books I was really dissapointed when they had Amy and Ty break up and then nothing. They have to be together not only on the show but in the books too=)

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH MANY OTHERS, WHERE IS CALEB AND ASHLEY, they are a vital part of HEARTLAND, and without them I would not watch the show! Enough of the silly drama between Amy and Ty, ENOUGH EVERYONE, THAT IS SOOOOO OLD!

@free spirit - In the promo you hear Jack saying to Ty "This Blair girl, how do you think this looks to Amy?"...couldn't see Ty's face.

Okay, now that I've watched the Season Finale once more, I have a few things I would like to say. At the end of the episode, Ty says that his leaving has nothing to do with wanting to be away from Amy, and that he loves her. He just wants to be on his own for a while. And now, NOW, he comes back with some random floozy (yes, FLOOZY) on the back of his bike? A bike that Amy didn't want him to have because, wait a second...IT WOULD TAKE HIM AWAY FROM HER! Oh yes, Amy is way ahead of the game on this. And Chase questions the meaning of her promise ring. Shouldn't the ring symbolize faithfulness? Wouldn't faithfulness technically include not having some random chick on the back of the bike that you're girlfriend didn't want you to get? So, to recap, at the end of the Finale, Ty leaves because he wants to be on his own. He comes back with some girl. Amy goes on the Ring of Fire Tour. How do we know she didn't have a random hook up? She was with her Dad, and Tim is kind of intimidating.

I agree with so many of the other fans. The promo for season 4 has Ty saying nothing is going on & he came home to Amy but yet Nikki has some very valid points. Even if nothing happened between Ty & Blair (aka Floozy!)what would possess him to bring her home with him? Ty wouldnt be very happy if he came home to Chase staying in the loft!!!

My question is this...Ty left in his truck with the bike strapped down in the bed. He comes home on the bike? Where is his truck!!??!!

Also, didn't BW mention that there was going to be somebody from Ty's past showing up this season? Maybe Blair is that person?

Why is everyone so freaked out about this girl? At the start of the promo, it says "A family Reunion ends in conflict", so I don't think this Blair girl is a new girlfriend, Ty wouldn't do that!

@Erin : BW mentionned someone for Ty's past, but (s)he said (BW, are you a girl or a guy ?) that the character is male.

I guess I was really hoping that Ty would show up with a problem horse rather than a problem girl in the first episode. He has a huge smile when he sees Amy though so hoping this misunderstanding doesn't last through too many episodes.

I was looking at cbc's program guide for tomorrow Wednesday the 22) and it said that at 1pm was Heartland season 1 ep 12, but it was called "nothing endures". was this the original title or is it now changed?

Finally found Heartland on our TV schedule (Louisville, KY, USA) and it is on from 1:37 to 2:37 a.m. Saturday/Sunday. Could there BE any more of a random time than that???

I was having the same thoughts as Nikki. Do u remember in the scene in episode 318 when ashley, amy, and soraya were at maggies and ashley tells caleb shes going to college but then they get engaged...uhhh...kinda confusing. Also in tht scene amy said she doesnt know what she wants to do. Well amy, promise me one thing u can nit go to college or leave heartland. And i wonder where tim meets his "love". I wanna say on the ring of fire tour but then she doesnt appear in the episode 401 preview, but neither does tim... Hmmmm. Cant wait till sunday. I even have a countdown in my locker at skool!! Lol

Well apart for Ty, Amy, Jack and this Blair girl (4 more days to wait to know more about her), we didn't see anyone in the preview. Not Tim, not Mallory, not Lisa (but maybe Lisa won't be in this episode), not anyone except for the new probable love triangle and Jack.

I am in the same position of Julie the french girl, I am from Paris and I hope we could watch this first episode throught youtube...
I have to admit that it is not always easy for me to understand Jack and Caleb, I am not used to their pronouncation,they eat the words as we say in french. Well apart from that I must say that the french voices are very similar to the real voices of the whole cast ; it is very amazing ! and translations are pretty good too.

I have just had an idea that I would like to share with you all, remember in season 1 when Ty asked Amy if she wanted him to take her to the bal, she was surprised because she thought that he wouldn't be interested in that kind of thing and he said that he had already took a girl to private school bal. So I wonder now if this Blair girl is not the one he was talking about.
What do you think ?
We all know now that a person from Ty's past will appear in season 4 and it could be this Blair girl...
If she knows well enough how to ride horses for doing races it also means that she's from a posh family who can afford private schooland so on.
