In advance of this Sunday when Heartland's 6th season premiere is broadcast across Canada at 7:00pm (7:30pm NT), I'll continue with the crew-assisted visual countdown. Today - the Costume Department...
There's a core of five talented people in the Costume Department. If it is an article of clothing worn by any of the characters, from Amy to the guy in the background walking down the street in Hudson, the costume department has taken the care and attention to choose, select, buy and in some cases, design the various apparel that adorns the characters on the show.
In the photo above is Season 6 Costume Designer Andre Ricard, with Costume Supervisor Shelly Goldsack on his right, and Assistant Costume Designer Adejoke Taiwo on his left. Set Supervisor Devora Brown and Truck Costumer Jill Fry were on set at the time and unable to be in the photo.

Why it's imposssible to find The five previous seasons in Italy...I should see it in English but I don't know whwre to buy it.
I have seen the three first season ao RAI TV (IN ITALIAN)but I don't have problem to watch it in english...

Again, THANK YOU for doing this as these 5 individuals DESERVE MUCH APPRECIATION AND THANKS for all of the work that they do. From the Costume Department Andre, Shelly, Adejoke (shown in the picture above) and those busy on set Devora, and Jill. THANK YOU ALL for the work that you ALL do because without YOU 5 there would be NO Heartland. It takes a GREAT AMOUNT of TRUE TALENT to design costumes for a show such as Heartland. YOU 5 do indeed have MANY AMAZING GIFTS as in watching the show one feels as though the characters in the show come to life because it is their clothes that MAKE the character.
The costumes make the character's world that much more believable. YOU 5 have much dedication and commitment in your work as it is shown in the details of the designs and in ever fine stitch in the costumes. YOU 5 have TRUE CREATIVITY AND IMAGINATION as you come up with and design the exact way that the costumes look for each character and that indeed is a LOT of work. YOU 5 have MUCH PATIENCE in your work as it takes much patience to pay attention to every detail and yes to every stitch. The costumes that you create are TRULY IMPRESSIVE and I THANK YOU for making the world of Heartland that much more believable. From me to ALL of YOU THANK YOU.
