I LOVE the Chase Powers cut-out in the last picture. I don't know what it is, it just looks silly. But AWESOME.

Season three comes out on DVD about two weeks before my birthday. How convenient! And I see Amy is teaching a horse to drive. That's fun. Looks like this show is getting back to horses a little bit! :)

This is ONE show that I absolutely love and when each Sunday's show is over I just can't wait until next Sunday!!

The people on the show are soooo talented, and this also reflects on people behind the scenes who work so hard to make each episode! Keep this wonderful show going and going!! Hoping for a season 6, 7, 8, etc.

Can't wait to see this episode. I noticed there was nothing mentioned about Amy and Ty. Looks like Amy maybe training that horse to drive? We haven't seen Amy do that. And wonder what new characters and new breeds. Any chance of Ashley's brother coming back just since he hasn't been talked about but he better not come between Amy and Ty if he does.

I bet Cindy and Kerry missed acting the weeks this summer when they didnt have to... I know i would if i were on a show like this...AND i sooo hope AMY and TY get back together again... I really miss them not being together... so i hope that this is whats gonna be what we have been waiting for as it says in the previous blog post.

'Chase Powers HorsePower!'- Lol! And Caleb and Ashley are back! Woohoo! And what, pray tell, happened in Italy? Caleb and Ashley sure will have a lot of great stories to tell the grandkids. And I just realised that Caleb's name is an anagram for 'Cable'. Yeah.... I can't believe the season is almost over. So sad. Can't wait 'til season 5 starts. And Amy and Ty better get back together for the season 4 finale. S'all I have to say for now folks! Except that I REALLY hope Ty and Stewart get into a fist fight. Even though I know that won't happen. Sigh.....

i think Soraya will give up on chase, and i think his part will die down a bit, im not too sure if i want ty and amy back together, they are cute but i like them better firends. Also, i bet lou will end up having twins :p or ashley might be expecting.. that would both be cute, but nether of them have the money for it

Firstly I would like to say that I think Heartland is an absolutely wonderful series and I am an avid fan. I found Heartland on youtube during last Summer and I was hooked from the very first episode.

Secondly I would like to know when the second season will be coming out on DVD in the UK.

I really would like to know when it will be available in the UK. Hope you can answer this. Thank you.

WOW!!! thats all i can say! the thought of no more heartland to get me through the rest of the school year is sad. but im looking forward to season 5 (and 6,7,8,9,10...:) and Amy and Ty need to either patch things up or get back together before the end of the season. and we need Badger back a little bit, for Mallory :) cant wait for the new episode, sounds really good!!!! =D hopefully Peter comes back with everything sorted out. Lou sure has a lot of stress to deal with.

We live in the USA and are behind the times. Looking forward to buying season 3. Since I do not know all that has happened in the last year and a half pardon me if my suggestion is out in left field somewhere. But I thought it would be nice to have an episode where we learned more about Scott's past. Perhaps a family member visited from the reservation. And he discussed with Jack or Ty or Lou some of his history that led to his being in on parole. Perhaps the relative could pressure him to go back to the reservation to help with a family matter and/or dealing with some mustangs that are in danger. And Ty and Amy could accompany him back to the reservation. I personally am Native American from the USA and my mother was First Nation from BC. It is nice to see that you have Scott on the series. I lived in boys detion centers during my teenage years so and I enjoy the way your program deals with helping some young people who are in need of some good direction while growing up. Thank You for this excellent series. We really enjoy it and look forward to purchasing season 3.

Omg i love heratland. I cant wait for season 5!!! I really hope ty and amy get back together i`m a huge fan of them. they are just so cute together, it will be so sad to see a charicter leave. I hope it's Chase or Mallory who leave...they are both annoying characters.

I'm wondering and hoping that it's a Gypsy Vanner horse being introduced...they are beautiful horses and deserve some spotlight on the show.

Hey Earl W. great idea. There are many big Scott fans and that sounds cool. I don't know if the episodes on the website will play in the U.S. but check out Nathaniel Arcand in "Blackstone" on aptn.ca; they are up to episode 5. He's a main character. It is more of a courageous, harsh reality, drama (with bad language), and will hit too close to home for some, but it has a message of hope also. It is very open and honest and well done; I think beyond good TV it will be an important piece.

I LOVE HEARTLAND!!! I can't wait for the new one. Already theres been 3 re-runs of heartland since it started again! I am really happy that its getting back to the horses, I was getting worried for awhile there. I hope Ty and Amy get back together and if they don't I hope Ty still helps Amy get through this whole Stewart Forest thing. Can't wait till Sunday!! :):):):):):):)

Hello, I'm from the US, and was recently introduced to Heartland on TV here. Because this particular channel jumped around, and didn't show the 1st season in order, I decided to watch it online. ..Needless to say, I'm all caught up to the current season/episode, and am looking forward to the rest of this season!

I just have to say, that although I'm in my later 20's, it's refreshing to find a show that actually has morals, while still maintaining that dramatic edge that keeps the viewer tuning in (the beautiful horses and scenery is a definite bonus as well)! I really hope the show continues to be a success in Canada, so that season 5 won't be its last (from what I've read, viewership is only increasing- so that's a good sign)!!

From BW's clues in the post on Feb. 20th, I'm thinking there will finally be a resolution with Ty and Amy; and a possible reunion with Mallory. While I'm hoping that Chance will finally get the boot from everyone's lives, I'm left in doubt, since this post stated "but don't think that new roles are finished on Heartland". Hmm... only time will tell I guess!

Any chance we'll see Chase hit by a bus before this seasons end?

I'm wondering if the bizarre twist for Caleb and Ashley is that they found some sort of work or something in Italy and that they're the characters leaving the show?
And I suspect that Peter is having money troubles and off to Dubai as a way to write him out of the show for awhile - he's probably working on other acting roles and it's probably too costly for Heartland to pay him to be in too many episodes.

BW: It seems that when I comment on the blog regarding the show are the ones that don't show. It really seems odd that these to you are showing & those others arn't. I posted on the blog a few weeks ago & it never showed up. I have another issue on the site but I'll take it to the techie post to address it. It's only minor but shouldn't be happening either. I was hoping the unexpected arrival wouldn't be a horse for a change. I'm imagining a good luck charm or talisman in the form of a white English bull terrier who charms everyone with his robust energy and all out enthusiasm for all things about the ranch. He'll delight everyone with his practical jokes at the expense of Chase, especially Amy. Stewart Forrest will shrink before his gaze which has a combination of humor and menace. As a child, Stewart did something bad and the only witness was a bull terrier. The dog's penetrating stare forced him to confess. The dog will be a great help with chores since he can lift all kinds of things in his powerful jaws as well as push or pull stuff. This will endear him to Jack who will confide in him as will all of the family. He won't have a particular name but will always magically appear whenever anyone thinks of him.

We are back on track and hopefully it will stay like that forEVER! The bear was awesome. When it stopped at commercial I was like screaming! My parents ran into the room to make sure I was okay! ABSOLUTELY, FORSURLEY, SECURELY, the BEST episode of Heartland this season. Hats off to the Heartland crew! Well done.
P.S. I loved it when Chase's cardboard head got cut off! HEHEHE

Great episode tonight..it was definatly worth the wait. I can't believe there are only 3 more episodes left until the end of Season 4! What are we going to do?! Really happy that Amy and Ty are getting back on the right track. For some reason I new that Ty was going to save Amy in some way. He is definalty her knight in shinning armor. Now they better patch things up and stop fighting! lol. So upset for Lou how Peter has gone behind her back again and sold the condo. Really curious on how this is going to all work out. Now what is up with Ashley not coming back hmm interesting. And way to go Soraya for getting rid of Chase that should of happened long ago! Anyways can't wait for next weeks episode.

Buuuuuuuut where is Tim when his family is having such a hard time??? What happened to "Family comes first"??? He was not even mentioned in a single sentence. I really really hope that the Heartland writers start caring a bit more about this character in Season 5. I know he is not the most popular one but he also does not deserve to be ignored so many times. Thanks. Yes and I know that maybe because Chris was directing this ep it would have been difficult to act at the same time (although he did that on Silk Stalkings), but a short explanation about his whereabouts would have been helpful.

any and ty kissed? well that did send butterflies down my spine as i hope they will mend their relationship but who knows with that couple. it is my wish that they get back together but a kiss is only a kiss...so i am not getting my hopes up just yet even though i pray for then to get together haha!

THANK YOU for a fantastic episode. Loved that Amy and Ty are closer, of course, and signs that she is growing up as a person too. Who knew that Caleb would have cowboy wisdom when talking to Amy? So sorry for his confusion and pain, but hope Ashley stands up to her mom for good. If I were Lou, I'd insist on a daily phone call from Peter to keep her in the loop so they're not making decisions separately. I miss other cast members, but it can't be about ALL of them ALL of the time. Jack's comment about Marion still being involved in their lives was special too. Just a really really good job by all.

OMG, is that it? That was the entire episode? Gah, leave me hanging until next week! (But that's what you want, isn't it?) It's exactly like Season 2, when Amy and Ty would kiss and not talk about it. They need to better their communication skills and just speak to one another. However, I did like seeing Chase figuratively die as Soraya chopped off his cardboard head. OH well, now to wait until next Sunday.

I loved the episode, and I think that Ty and Amy will get back together next week! I hope that Chase and Soraya break up, because Chase is a jerk and Soraya could do WAAYY better! ;D

Well... I just received some very disappointing news. Just a few days ago, I placed an order at the CBC shop for Season 3. Just today I received an e-mail saying my order could not be processed. Apparently they are no longer allowed to sell Heartland DVDs outside of Canada(I live across the border near Buffalo). Last year I was able to purchase Season 2 from there with no problem at all. However now due to some rules which prevent it from being sold to anyone living outside of Canada, it is no longer available. This, in my opinion, is a real slap in the face to all the fans and followers of this great program who live outside of Canada and should be able to get copies of it like anyone living in Canada. I have no idea why E-1 Entertainment is doing this. I heard it's even hard for people in the U.S. to get copies now of Seasons 1 & 2 because of this stupid rule. I hope this isn't a permanent deal. I guess I will just have to drive across the border the week of March 22nd and find a store like WalMart that will sell copies of it. My friends also looking forward to the release of Season 3 will need to do the same thing. Does the Blog Whisperer have any information on why and how long this situation will last?

WOW!!! That was an amazing episode! It was definetely worth waiting for. The writers did an outstanding job.I'm so glad to see Soraya dumped Chase. I knew it was Amy's mom when I saw the little girl. I loved what Amy did with Brianna. I plan to do that when I get comfortable with my new horse. It looks like a lot of fun! I'm also glad to see Ty and Amy (almost) back together. That kiss was worth waiting for! :) I was suprised to see Ashley wasn't back yet. Hmmm... marriage issues already? It was also nice to see Lou's "talk" with Stewart. Hahaha Stewie. I still cannot believe it's almost the end of yet another amazing season of Heartland, it zoomed past, even with all the sports interruptions. I have a feeling there will be a season 6, possibly 7. At least there SHOULD be - in my opinion Heartland should never stop. I'd love to actually act with the cast etcetera, even if it was just one scene.

And I'm in love with that song Jack and Amy sung, it's so sweet and endearing. Too bad no one else I know watches Heartland, whenever I talk about it they just say "What show?". They're missing out on A LOT!

Have enjoyed the whole series for 3 years. I love the family aspect of the show. Not much on now that you can sit down and watch with your kid and grandkids and all enjoy together. Sunday nights have been early supper and all comfortable for "HEARTLAND" we have got many friends and family hooked on the show. It a conversation piece wherever clan gathers. Keep up the good work. My husband waits for Jack & Mallory dialogue and he also got a real laugh at the economy car.

Its a good thing nobody was around me at the end of last nights episode when I yelled "that's it?!!" at the television! I thought FOR SURE that Amy and Ty were going to work things out in this episode!!

I'm a little worried that maybe Cindy Busby is leaving the show. I wonder if perhaps Ashley is going to stay in Italy for some reason...

Can't wait for season 3 on DVD!!!! I think a Heartland marathon will be in order!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo happy I couldn't stop smiling!!!!! Ty and Amy kissed!!!!!!! But I was so disappointed when they were sitting on the couch together at the end and they didn't kiss. That would have been so adorable. But I guess they have to take it slowly. It least I know there is hope for them because they are such a cute couple.

For Caleb, I feel really bad or him, when he said Ashley saw all this rich stuff and guys I kept feeling sorry for Caleb because he can never give that to Ashley. I hope they stay together they also were a great couple.

I loved Lou in this one to, especially when she got the picture and said all that stuff to forest. Great job Lou!! :)

I am also so happy that harley and Spartan are back! They hadn't been mentioned for a while and it was depressing.

I can't wait to find out what happens between Ty and Amy, Caleb and Ashley, Lou and Peter and everything else on heartland. Best and #1 show!!!! :) :) :)

I'm glad I got to watch the bear scene again. Last night on my old TV the bear didn't look quite like a bear. It looked sort of moist like a fresh brownie that had been altered by CGI to look like a bear. It was still scary and ferocious looking. It looks drier and more fuzzy and furry here. Maybe someday soon, Jessica will show us how the bear works.

I am a huge fan and this episode didn't let us down! It's awesome to have some well-deserved endings to some recent plots, like the lawsuit and the Amy/Ty cold shoulder routine.
The only thing I don't like is the stereotypical treatment of the bear. One of the things that makes Heartland such a special show is the respect implicit in the relationships between people and animals. I wish that theme could be extended to the way Heartland portrays wild animals. Bears are not bloodthirsty creatures befitting the 'Jaws' soundtrack. They are not the animal equivalent of theives in the night. They are not bent on destruction and terror. Other than perpetuating these views (by accident or on purpose) I hope everyone at Heartland keeps up the good work!

Yaaaay! I so loved this episode! Amy & Ty finally kissed again! Amy's dream was so beautiful, Ty and Harley played the heroes and Chase was decapitated!!! hahahaha... well it was just his cardboard but it's already a beginning... LOL :)

My second post for this episode, but have to comment on the very special song at the end, "I will love you" by David Myles. It says things the characters don't, and is just great music. THANK YOU to whomever chooses the songs. I've listened to it every day and more on your Music section. Now I always listen for that special song that defines each episode.

Great episode. Chase getting his head 'chopped' off was such a funny play on his past role in the Tudors series. Now he's lost his head twice!! Great work!
I too am missing Ashley! I hope she will continue to be part of the cast in Season Five. Don't leave us Cindy!
Once again Graham and Amber are wonderful together, and it was so nice to even see Spartan and Harley again. Those horses are main cast characters for a lot of us fans. :)
Lou is amazing. I admire her drive and her compassion. And Jack, well, everyone should have a Jack in their family to keep everyone grounded in reality. And he's right about babies always being welcome.

I just want to say that I called it! Quote: Hopefully things don't get to bad with the whole law-suit thing. And who knows, maybe this is just the thing that makes Amy stronger and more mature. And who knows maybe Ty will come to her rescue. And she'll forgive him???

This (lawsuit) WAS just that thing that made Amy stronger. She was all sad and depressed and lost all sense of who she was. Then after Ty talked to her and showed her what really matters, she got back to he old Amy that we all love to watch. I'm so proud of her for realizing what matters to her again, the Horses!
Now when I said "Rescue her" I really wasn't thinking from a bear! LOL! It actually had me a little scared, even though I know nothing really bad was going to happen. I just about fell out of my seat when Amy and Ty kissed. Loved it!
I am just so happy that Soraya finally dumped Chase and that "his" head got cut off :)
I ,along with Caleb and probably many other, am scratching my wondering what is going on with Ashley. Caleb just seems list without her:( And where Is Mallory??? Hello! she's my favorite! It's just not the same without her.

Well over all I loved this ep. Was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Keep it up. Looking forward to the next ep.

Hi from a french speackig quebecer!

I discover Hearthland on last Holidays in both french and english language and I trully falling in love with the serie. Since, I still following in both language, season 2 in french and the present season in english.

I have some questions about how Lou and Peter have met but it's in progress in the french season so I'll see what happens as the same for Ashley and Caleb. I like the way Amy is trap between Caleb and Ty in the second season. I hope she will realize that Caleb is not for her. I hope that she will finally forgive to herself and to Ty what happen with Chase and the friend of Ty (sorry I forgot her name)

Heartland is the best show ever but I live in England :( Season 1 has been released (which of course I bought immediatly :D) but is the Complete Season 2 DVD going to be released in the UK! I really hope it is because I am sooooo sick of having to watch Heartland on the computer :(

I started to watch Heartland few months ago. I'm running fast because I'm trying to watch the complete season 4. Can you tell me if it's possible to see it in USA? When I tried from USA, it's impossible to see it because the Canadian rights...unfortunately. I'll miss the season 5 if I can't do it.

I loved this episode!!! Did anyone else find it really funny when Lou woke up in the middle of the night to check on Amy and said "Amy....Amy do you know what your name is..?" haha that made me laugh. I love Lou! Loved Ty and Amy this week. Also I have a question what ever happened to Dexter? And also we haven't seen Lisa in a while...will we be seeing her again? Slightly worried about the whole Ashley and Caleb situation....and I miss Mallory! Anyway I think thats it...can't wait for this Sunday's episode!

This episode was fantastic but I unfortunately have to watch it on the computer as I live in Scotland in the UK. I don't mind watching it online but season 2 has aired over here and I was just wondering if anyone knew when they would be released on DVD. I am very grateful for the people who take there time to put the episodes up online but I would love to have the DVDs. Heartland is my favorite TV show EVER! :)
