[UPDATE: That's all folks! Comments are now closed. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions, and I'll let you know when Amber makes her choice!]
Well, now that Season 3 has ended, Amber has some housekeeping to do before she and the rest of the cast return to the ranch set in May to begin filming the first of 18 new fourth season episodes of Heartland. Season 4 will begin airing in Canada on the CBC in late September or early October. The date has yet to be determined, but when I say "in the fall" some of you reading this are uncertain when that is, so I'm giving you approximate dates. And of course the 2-hour Christmas movie that was recently shot is now being edited and will be broadcast in December. But I digress... Click through for the REAL reason for this post!!

Well, to echo many comments from you fans, where does the time go? Although it was five and a half months ago that the CBC ran the premiere episode of Season Three, it does seem a lot more recent, don't you think?
Now here we are, seventeen episodes later, with the season finale. Written by Heather Conkie and directed by Steve DiMarco, this week's episode is entitled In The Cards. The title comes from Mallory's interest in using cards to predict the future. Read on...

It's tough being in two places at once. While the Heartland Christmas movie was being filmed in Calgary the post-production on episodes 317 and 318 was being done in Toronto so Heather was spending a lot of time flying back and forth.
The good news is that filming on the movie wrapped on Friday and everyone is thrilled with the results. Like you, they can hardly wait for December to air it.
The better news is that the series finale (which Heather wrote, and you still have a chance to win an autographed script of it here) is primed to roll on Sunday, and she knows you're going to like it!
The best news is that Heather was able to take the time to answer your questions before flying off once again, this time on a well deserved vacation! Click through to read 'em!

Three down, one to go! So far, I've given you three questions starting out simple and getting more difficult each time. Last week's question was "What is Mrs. Bell's first name?" It was - and is - Sally, and has been mentioned only twice in the series - once in each of seasons 1 & 2.
Click through for this week's winner and the next, diabolically evil, question.

Well, Heartland fans, the word of the day is penultimate, which means simply "the next to last." It's most appropriate today because at the interior set locations in Calgary the cast and crew are working hard on the next-to-last day of filming the two-hour Heartland Christmas movie which will be coming your way in December!
And this Sunday also brings us the next-to-last new episode of the Third Season of Heartland. Click through for more!
And don't forget: if you haven't already, you still have a chance to enter week 3 of the Heartland trivia contest (we switch to the final week, and your chance to re-enter, on Friday morning.)

Well, I was hoping to get these answers up yesterday, but when Amber sat down to answer them she found them so intriguing and interesting she found herself needing extra time to properly answer them. So here they are, one day late but well thought out. Read away and enjoy!!!

Okay. You Heartland fans are good. REALLY good.
The question for last week's trivia contest was: In the Hudson Derby episode of Season 2, Stumpy places a bet with Lou on the horse ridden by whom to win the Hudson Charity Derby? The choices were Jack Bartlett, Brad Borden, Scott Cardinal, Julius Ferkins and Tim Fleming. The answer, which again many of you got right, was Scott Cardinal, whose horse's name, Eat My Dust, was enough to make Stumpy think that Scott would be the one to beat. Turns out he was dead on!

Back in January you guys had the chance to ask Kerry James - who plays Caleb Odell - a bunch of questions, which he answered. At that time Heartland fan Maddie asked, "What has been the hardest episode for you as an actor to act out and really get into your character?"
Kerry cryptically answered, "The hardest episode I've done and the work I'm most proud of has yet to air, but I will tell you, it's coming up soon." Is this the one? Click through to find out!
And don't forget: if you haven't already, you still have a chance to enter week 2 of the Heartland trivia contest (we switch to week 3, and your chance to re-enter, on Friday morning.)

Well - as expected - we were kinda overwhelmed with the questions sent in for Amber to answer, but because she's awesome, she's going to answer twice as many! Since she's hard at work every day on the Heartland Christmas movie I didn't want to take up ALL of her spare time over the weekend, so the questions have been broken up into two batches, the second of which will be posted next week.
As for the first batch... here they be!!! Read away and enjoy!!!

Hooo boy... well, a TON of you answered week one's trivia question.
The question was: Which of these Heartland Episodes is NOT a title of a book in the Heartland series by Lauren Brooke - True Enough, Come What May, Holding Fast, Born to Run, or Out of the Darkness? The answer, which many of you got right, was Born to Run.
