CBC News Inquiry Problems and Cures
Day Seven Topic Who Pays?

During the week before the release cbc.ca, CBC Radio and CBC Television examined the main issues: the changing nature of health care, Canada compared to the world, who has access, privatization, obstacles to change and who pays.
