
Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings
Hammer Entertainment presents the musical Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings at the Citadel Theatre Dec. 13 to Dec. 15 at 8 p.m. (with a special 2 p.m. matinee on Dec. 15 where Santa will make a visit). Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings continues where the original stage show Forever Plaid left off, and is an interactive evening of holiday fun with audience members invited to take part in some of the songs. The show organizers will also be accepting donations for local charities at each performance.

The Trews
Canadian rockers The Trews hit the stage at The Molson Canadian Studio at 9 p.m. Thursday Dec. 13 and again Friday Dec. 14 for a pair of acoustic shows supporting their upcoming EP Thank You and I’m Sorry. The opening band is Red Wanting Blue.

Canadian Opheus Male Choir
The Canadian Opheus Male Choir takes to the Hamilton Place stage at 8 p.m. Appearing along with the 60-member men's choir will be the Hamilton Children's Choir and Blazing Fiddles.

Holiday open house, art sale
The Mill Arts Building Studios are hosting their annual holiday open house and art sale from 4 to 9 p.m. Meet local artists, tour their studios and do some Christmas shopping. Free tours of the historic 112-year-old cotton mill will be offered at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., starting in the Mill Arts Building. Admission and parking are free.
