Adrian Lynch, the suspect who was wanted in connection with an armed bank robbery in Binbrook, has been found.
Police in Calgary arrested Lynch on Thursday night, six months after the crime of which he is accused.
“I can confirm he was picked up in Calgary on a Canada-wide warrant,” said Debbie McGreal Dinning, a spokesperson with the Hamilton Police Service.
On July 20, a masked man armed with a gun entered a CIBC on the corner of Binbrook Road and Highway 56, demanding cash from the clerk.
After receiving money, the suspect jumped into a car in nearby parking lot, then fled the scene.
