Canadian songwriting legend Leonard Cohen is heading back to Copps Coliseum in April.
The gravel-voiced songsmith has just added a second North American leg to his “Old Ideas” world tour.
The first leg of the tour culminated with engagements at New York's Madison Square Garden and Barclays Centre just before the holidays — but the tour has been extended due to “overwhelming fan demand,” according to a news release.
The 78-year-old is showing no signs of slowly down, as critics heralded his most recent performances as lengthy, lively and engaging.
Cohen is set to play Copps Coliseum on Tuesday, April 9. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 18 at 10 a.m. To purchase tickets online, visit Ticketmaster.ca.
