Woman caught by Hamilton police driving 115 km/hr in 60 zone

An Oakville woman had her driver's licence taken away after Hamilton Police caught her speeding in Flamborough.

Police with a speed radar stopped the driver Jan. 7 around 3:15 p.m. on 5th Concession Road near Highway 6 and Centre Road.

The 50 year-old woman was driving 55 km/hr over the posted 60 km/hr speed limit.

The driver's licence was seized and her car was towed by police. She was also issued a Provincial Offence Notice for speeding and stunt driving.
