CBC Radio's Sounds Of The Season is back. It's our annual event to benefit food banks, Ontario-wide. It takes place on Friday, December the 6th. And you can get details about the Sounds Of The Season closest to you by visiting the Sounds Of The Season website.

0830 Gabriella is a member of the Toronto organization Women at the Centre. One of their initiatives is called MASAVAW: Mothers and Sons Against Violence Against Women. And Gabriella and her son will be joining five other mothers and their sons to climb Africa's highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro in January, to raise funds for the centre.
