SUNDAY February 3
0730 Mark Rheaume paid Mary Ito a visit---as he does on the first Sunday of every month---and he brought some new music by Ontario musicians with him. Visit Mark's column to view his selections.
0800 In early January, Mary talked with Dr. Heather Ross, director of the Cardiac Transplant Program at Toronto General Hospital and heart transplant Dale Shippam of Thunder Bay. They were about to leave for Antarctica to take part in "Test Your Limits", a programme Heather has set up to raise awareness and funds for transplant research and patient care. Well, Heather and Dale sucessfully completed their trek to the South Pole...and back. And Heather re-joined Mary to talk about that experience.

0830 Take three erudite and disparate individuals. Add a selection of interesting topics. Sit back and prepare to be entertained. That's Sunday Salon in a nutshell. And this edition's participants were Joshna Maharaj, chef, activist, and food consultant for The Sick Children's Hospital in Toronto; Andy Orchard, Provost of Trinity College at the University of Toronto; and Michael Enright, host of The Sunday Edition on CBC Radio One.
