Recipe: Shahir’s Four Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

4 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 pound unsalted butter, melted
½ cup each flat leaf parsley, chives, dill and tarragon, chopped
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Pass hot potatoes through ricer into wide stock pot. Transfer to stovetop on low. Mix in soft butter and herbs, seasoning to taste. Serve and enjoy!
