Recipe: “Hamburger” Mini-Cupcakes

They look like hamburgers from your favourite fast food joint, but they taste like delightfully airy treats from your favourite bake shop. Pastry chef Lindsey Gazel shows us how to make these incredibly adorable cupcakes that are sure to impress the guests at your next party!

1/2 cup butter (room temp.)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk

Cream together with mixer the butter and sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients.

Add dry to wet alternating with the milk.

Seperate one cup of the batter into a seperate bowl and add 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Mix to combine.

Fill each cupcake cup halfway and bake at 350 for 15 minutes (more or less)
