If Pumpkin Spice Lattes are making a serious dent in your bank account, save some cash by trying out our at-home version. An incredibly easy way to enjoy autumn's signature drink!
¾ cup 2% milk, plus extra for froth
1 shot espresso
2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, shaken (see link below for recipe)
1 cinnamon stick
sprinkle ground cinnamon
Heat milk over low heat for a few minutes until small bubbles appear. Add to a mug along with espresso and Pumpkin Spice Syrup, then stir.
To froth milk, take an additional splash of cold milk and shake in a mason jar for 2-3 minutes. Top your drink with frothed milk, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
