Recipe: Baby Food Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

1 sweet potato
1 tbsp canola oil or coconut oil
spices (whatever your baby likes, try paprika!)

Preparation

Peel sweet potato and cut into half moons. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle over oil. Roast in oven at 400F until tender, about 20 minutes. Season after they are out of the oven. Salt for mommy and daddy and plain for baby.
