Karlheinz Schreiber Karlheinz Schreiber is German businessman who helped finance the movement
that dumped Joe Clark in 1983 eventually leading to Brian Mulroney taking over
leadership of the Tory party.
Schreiber gave Mulroney $300,000 in cash over three meetings
shortly after he stepped down as Prime Minister.
