Mike Statnyk
Mike Statnyk was a veteran cop who had crossed paths with Roszko many times.

Cash Macmillan
Cash MacMillan
Cash MacMillan's brother-in-law Dale Mindus was harassed by James Roszko. Roszko would frequently appear around his home to threaten his family.

MacMillan made over thirty complaints to the police in order to get Roszko to stop. Finally he took matters into his own hands and knocked Roszko out cold when he discovered him lurking around the house.

Roszko filed charges against Cash. Before the case went to court, Dale Mindus, who was going to testify on behalf of Cash, died under mysterious circumstances.
