He has been on the run since 1999.
Police say the last record of his whereabouts is
in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2000. He vanished before
authorities could arrest him.
Youssef Wahid is 35 years old. He
could be working in the textile or retail industry.
He once worked as a first class flight attendant
for Kuwait Airways before starting a life of crime.
Youssef Wahid has at least three criminal
convictions for theft and fraud.
Police believe Youssef Wahid could
be traveling between Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia
and the United States.
Acquaintances who knew him say Youssef
is friendly and sociable. He likes to meet new people,
spend time at night clubs and gamble.
CCTV cameras in the United Kingdom
captured images of a man identified as Youssef Wahid
in July 1999.

Do you know Fadel Youssef Fadel
– AKA Fadi Fadel?
One man who may have crucial information
about Fatima Kama's murder is Fadi Fadel.
Mr. Fadel encouraged Fatima Kama to
move to London with him and he introduced her to
most of the people she met there. Fadi Fadel may
also have been one of the last people to see Fatima
Kama before she died.
Shortly after her murder, Fadi Fadel
left London.
There are reports he moved to Canada.
He may still be in Canada. He may also have moved
back to his homeland of Lebanon, or moved back to
London where he used to spend the majority of his
time.
