The Atkins Report
After continuing complaints from four women about how the RCMP handled their allegations that Staff Sergeant Robert Blundell had sexually assaulted them, the force's top brass ordered an internal review and an assessment by a human resources and labour relations specialist. The result was the "Atkins Report," which concluded there were "significant concerns" about how the allegations against two of the women had been handled. The report was never made public but the fifth estate obtained a copy through an access to information request.
