Donald Brashear
Donald Brashear is one of the most feared players in the National Hockey League. This 6’4”, 240-pound left-winger is known as an enforcer. Since his NHL debut in 1993-94, the Bedford, Indiana native, in nearly 1000 games, has earned more than 2,500 penalty minutes. Brashear has played for four teams including the Vancouver Canucks and the Montreal Canadiens. In 15 seasons he has scored 85 goals for 204 career points. Brashear will likely always be remembered for an ugly incident in 2000 when Boston Bruin Marty McSorley slashed Canuck Brashear across the head. Brashear then fell and sustained a Grade 3 concussion and was out for the rest of the season. He currently plays for the Washington Capitals.
