Rachael O’Neill
Rachael O’Neill was a client of AARC from August to December 2002. She has told the fifth estate that, although she experimented with drugs, she was not a drug addict when she was admitted to their program and has described her own distressing experience there, including a story of a rape. Shortly after that, Rachael fled the host home in which she was billeted. She described the incident to Gillian Findlay.
