Before starting her career as a designer, Los Angeles-born Molly Stern spent years working as a makeup artist. She began hand-customizing clothing for the celebrities she worked with as a way to keep busy between jobs – and ended up founding a fashion label. M.R.S. was born in 2001- since then she’s been creating big fashion industry buzz with a full-fledged fashion line, and plenty of celebrity clients like Jennifer Lopez and model Gisele Bundchen.
