Lutz - Spring/Summer 2003

For Spring 2003, German designer Lutz showed for the first time on the official Paris fashion calendar. Layering of fabric, and the deconstruction of traditional forms to give them different proportions, hints at the style of Belgium’s Martin Margiela, his former boss. But the magic of this collection was the mix of traditional garments to reveal unexpected, hidden elements. The result is a cool, modern aesthetic with a precise attention to detail.
